Villa Design & Visualization

Mr.Majed Butti Private Villa

The concept is to have simple design and impressive at the same time. Have those linear masses at the north side of the building and at the south side, the North mass contains the Family privet activities; The Southern mass contains the guest saloons and the entrances.

SAMBA HQ Competition

This competition held on may 2009. SAMBA headquarter in KAFD (King Abdullah Financial District) is one of the most important tower in the district. It has strategic location. This gives nice view towards the financial plaza in the heart of the main 5 buildings in the district.

Omrania worked with HOK (USA) as joint venture. My Design was one of the 2 designs submitted to the final jury. it was a nice experience to work with experts. However, I wasn't too happy with design development since the main concept distorted a little bit.

The main concept is to have formal and elegant elevation toward the main entrance of the bank. Since this is what costumers see while they enter the building. And this formal elevation is holding behind it a crystallized atrium to break the formality and give comfort feelings to the employees inside the bank. Also to have refreshing view toward the financial plaza.

Riyadh Municipality HQ

the concept of this competition is to have interaction between the inside and the outside of the building. with having the building itself ramped up from the ground and creating the plaza in the middle of it.

My role at this project was at the design development and material selection and visualization.

SITTING AREA

Sitting Area in one of my friends house. It eas a nice place with lovely openings. it gives wonderfull daylight.

It took arround 2 days to make the model. 1 day rendering with FRYRENDER.
